Shop Now in a Few Easy Steps
Account Access
- An email with your username and password will be sent by webmaster@1concier.com.
- To change your password, go to My Account, Account Management, and Change login details.
- To recover your password, click on Login on the Home page and click on Forgot password.
- Enter the email associated with the account, and follow the recovery steps.
Shop Products
- Click on Shop by Product to view the Full catalog and range of products.
- Use the left-hand side of the page to filter products based on categories and other criteria.
- Select product collections or individual products to view descriptions and specifications.
Order and Check Out
- To request a sample, click on the Request a sample button on any product page.
- Order products by simply adding the desired quantity to the cart.
- Click on the shopping cart icon located on the top right corner to view products in your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.
Order History & Reorder
- In the main menu, click Account and navigate to the My Account section.
- Here, you can place a New Order and check Recent Orders.
- Under Recent orders, click View details and simply Reorder a past Order.
- In this section, you can also view your invoices.
