Barbara Bond serves as the Director of Human Resources at 1Concier, where she oversees HR operations throughout the U.S. and Latin America. Since her arrival at 1Concier in June 2017, Barbara has spearheaded initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance evaluations, benefits administration, and compliance, all aimed at supporting the company’s strategic growth. Her role also encompasses the management of HR systems and payroll processes, as well as the development of initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
Prior to her tenure at 1Concier, Barbara worked as an Executive Recruiter at OPUS International, focusing on talent acquisition within the food science and nutrition sector. With over two decades of experience in progressive HR and recruitment roles, her career includes positions as an HR Generalist at Atico International USA, Inc., and a Senior Recruiter at David Wood Personnel, where she cultivated extensive expertise in hiring, performance management, and employee relations.
Barbara earned her degree from Barry University and holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
