As the Managing Director – Latin America, Jorge spearheads business operations, sales, and financial performance across the LATAM region. Jorge develops and executes a comprehensive business strategy, aligning it with organizational objectives to meet financial targets in Sales, EBITDA, and Margin. His responsibilities extend to ensuring sustained bottom-line profitability, effective communication and implementation of company policies, and the continuous refinement of operational guidelines for optimized financial performance.
Jorge acts as a strategic advisor to the management, providing insights into market changes and innovative ideas. He supervises and guides his team, fostering operational capabilities cultivating a positive and safe work environment, and establishing strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Jorge brings over 15 years of invaluable experience to 1Concier, progressing from the role of an account executive to his current esteemed position as LATAM Managing Director. His professional journey features a distinguished tenure as a Regional Sales Director, during which he meticulously developed his leadership acumen through rigorous training.
Jorge’s academic background includes studies at Colegio Rochester and Universidad de La Sabana.
