As the Director of Corporate Accounts – Business Development at 1Concier, Nic Marcheso plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth by establishing new business partnerships with Third-Party Management Companies, Hotel brands, and Independent hotel groups. In this capacity, he is responsible for securing national chain accounts and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts, while also enhancing existing GPO partnerships. His initiatives are instrumental in formulating and implementing sales strategies aimed at acquiring new corporate accounts and boosting revenue growth.
Nic’s expertise extends to supporting integrated marketing campaigns to increase new account adoption and maximize existing GPO partnerships. Leveraging a high-touch engagement strategy, Nic ensures access to key decision-makers within targeted verticals.
Prior to this role, Nic served as a 1Concier Account Executive for the Northwest Market, where he successfully achieved annual sales goals across the Northwestern United States and Western Canada. Focused on both customer retention and new business acquisition, Nic implemented strategic selling to enhance customer satisfaction.
Nic’s proactive approach to prospecting new customers, managing the sales funnel, and building lasting client relationships has consistently delivered measurable success. He is skilled in crafting and executing tailored business plans, managing expense budgets effectively, and representing 1Concier at industry meetings and events—all while exceeding fiscal sales objectives.
Nic holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
